Before You Reserve

  • A booking fee is required to secure your appointment, and the remaining balance must be paid using a debit/credit card.

  • Late arrivals (10 mins or more) may require your appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled, forfeiting your deposit.

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will lose future booking privileges indefinitely.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid penalty fees.

  • Book all services needed so the right amount of time is allocated

  • Nail fixes are free withing the first 36 hours of initial service

  • No extra guests unless being services or permission has been granted prior to your appointment
